The success of the ANHS Baseball program will depend on volunteers to help us create an outstanding experience for our student athletes. Volunteer positions are listed below.
Volunteer Positions - Openings Need to be Filled!
LIST OF VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Home Field Snack Bar Managers: Ensure the snack bar is stocked, make sure shifts are covered and handle the cash. (Need 1 JV parent and 1 Varsity)
Photo Day Volunteer: Keep players on track (on February 7th or 14th) This will happen during baseball class
Senior Game Day Coordinators: (2 underclass parents needed) Set up Senior posters, check in parents/Senior players. Work with announcer and Photographer. Pick up flowers to be handed out to moms of Seniors. April 29th
End of Season Banquet Committee: Committee will work with team parent organizing the end of season team banquet at the Aliso Viejo Conference Center (at least 2-3 underclass parents needed)
Taste of Aliso Committee: One of our biggest fundraisers. The committee will help with assembling gift baskets for the silent auction. Help is needed to reach out to businesses for donations
Christmas Tree Lot Administrators: Work with Coach Hanson to promote tree lot fundraiser, process tree orders, plan logistics and organize and coordinate day of the tree lot event. A great event to coordinate before the season even begins!!
Tree Lot Hospitality Coordinator: Organize food, drinks, paper goods, tables, EZ Ups, etc for breakfast and lunch though Sign UP volunteer page and at the event
Sponsorship Chair: Coordinate Sponsorship sales including scoreboard, banner sales and yearbook ads
Yearbook Production Coordinator: Coordinate the team yearbook that is given out at the team banquet. Pull together pictures and get the information to the publisher
Website Administrator: Maintain and update the ANHS Baseball website. Update News, Pics and sponsor information.
VARSITY/JV/FROSH TEAM POSITIONS
Team Parent: Serve as liaison between coaches/parents. Set up and maintain the team Shutterfly site with latest info. Assist on team banquet. Help fill volunteer shifts by recruiting parent volunteers to help with various events.
Team Photographer: Take pictures during home/away games. Upload pics to the team Shutterfly site. Photos to be taken of ALL players must have own camera
Team Videographer: Take video periodically at games. Produce a slide show of highlights to be used at the end of year team banquet using pictures, video and appropriate music
